Daily Update - Construction

Our excitement of the day was that we had a guest chef prepare lunch for us.  Miss Catrina's brother Ryan came in and made an awesome lunch for us!  Thank You Chef Ryan!!  We also had our first Grandparent take us up on our offer to come in and read to us.  Thank You to Carter and Blair's Nana for reading 2 books to us today!  We did The Three Little Pigs 3 times today.  The children are getting so good at it, and it is so cute!  Friday I will try to get some of their performance on video.  As I am typing this I hear two of the children singing our Johnny Pounds with 1 Hammer song, it just made me smile so I thought I would share that :o)  During art time we colored on Sandpaper.  Most of the children really liked the way it felt.
REMINDER: We will be taking our first field trip of the year on Thursday, October 4th.  We will be going to Lake of the Ozarks Animal Hospital.  All of the children are invited, but we do ask if it isn't your child's normal day that you come with us.
